By accessing or using Thread ("Service"), operated by Calyvent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Thread is a brand token vault and live sync platform that allows users to store brand assets and propagate them across connected platforms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You may not access the Service using automated means except through our published API.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
You retain all rights to your brand assets uploaded to Thread. We claim no ownership over your content.
Thread connects to third-party platforms via their APIs. We are not responsible for changes to third-party services that may affect integration functionality.
If you provide your own API keys for AI services, you are responsible for the usage and costs associated with those keys. Thread does not store or use your keys beyond the specific extraction tasks you initiate.
Thread is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Calyvent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
